Water absorbent bio binder to create a spongy block of natural organic materials

The process of making this biodegradable soft spongy water absorbant block should be clean and require minimum heat during processing.

The product should be mixed with water and aggregate in a slurry, some type of foaming should happen during mixing or after pouring the slurry in a casting form. After casting the slurry should set to a sponge soft material with foam bubbles. It can then be dried in a solar based drying tunnel. The tear strength of the product should be low.
