Nisarg Soapnut Extract can be used as a natural replacement for commonly used sulfonated sythentic surfactants such as SLES and SLS.

Description

Vivimed’s Nisarg™ Soapnut Extract is derived from naturally extracted saponins from the Indian Soapnut tree, Sapindus Mukurossi. Soapnut has been used as a traditional natural surfactant in India for generations. In comparison to more alkaline synthetic detergents which can cause irritation and dryness, Soapnut has a pH in balance with the skin's natural pH making it a much milder surfactant. Soapnut is readily dispersed into aqueous formulations to form a rich and stable lather. It can be used in a wide variety of personal care formulations from shampoos and face washes to toothpaste.
