GRINDSTED® PS 432 by Danisco (DuPont Group) is a blend of polyglycerol ester and acetic acid ester.
Description
It is made from edible, refined vegetable fatty acids and acetic acid ester of monoglycerides made from fully hydrogenated castor oil. Acts as an antifouling agent. It is an emulsifier blended with antioxidants. Offers high efficiency and has low viscosity. It is compatible with polypropylene. GRINDSTED® PS 432 is approved in EU and US FDA for food contact applications.
